Privacy Policy
ACBong
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Scope and contact
This policy explains how information is handled in connection with ACBong and player support requests. The developer of ACBong is responsible for handling support requests. Contact: quachvanhao2010@gmail.com.
2. Information during gameplay
ACBong lets you play against an AI opponent without creating an account. Current gameplay features do not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, or location. Match scores and the match timer are processed on your device to run the game; the game code does not send this match information to the developer’s servers.
3. Information you send for support
When you email us, you provide your email address, the contents of your messages, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate bugs, resolve requests, and improve how ACBong works. We do not use support emails to send advertising.
4. Third-party services and technical data
ACBong is built with Unity and distributed through Apple’s platform. The current version does not integrate advertising or player behavior analytics services in the game code. Unity or Apple may process technical, diagnostic, or crash information depending on enabled features, your sharing choices, and their respective policies. See the Unity Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy.
We use Gmail to receive and respond to support emails; see the Google Privacy Policy. These services may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
5. Sharing and protecting information
We do not sell information you send for support. This information is used only by people handling your request and providers needed to operate email, or disclosed when required by law. When selecting providers to process data on our behalf, we require protection consistent with this policy and applicable law. We limit access to support information to what is needed to handle requests.
6. Retention and deletion
Support emails are retained as needed to handle your request and for up to 12 months after it is resolved, unless longer retention is necessary to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. We may need to verify that a request comes from the email address that previously contacted us before acting on it.
The game does not have player accounts to delete. Deleting the app does not automatically delete support emails you have sent or data independently managed by Apple, Unity, or Google. Requests relating to their data are handled under their respective policies.
7. Children
The game does not ask children to provide personal information to play. Parents or guardians should contact support on a child’s behalf and avoid sending unnecessary personal information. If you believe a child has sent information that should be deleted, please contact quachvanhao2010@gmail.com.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our information practices change and revise the date shown above. Where notice or consent is required for a change, we will provide it or obtain it in accordance with applicable requirements.
